Description:

Annual meeting on Saturday, January 6th, from 11:30 am to 2:00-ish, at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Otero County, located at 1010 E 16th St in Alamogordo. Also known as a general membership meeting, our chapter will review previous meeting minutes, dispense reports, hold officer elections, appoint committee members, plan future activities, revise programs, etc.

This meeting is a great opportunity to really learn more about what the Native Plant Society is all about for those of you who don’t normally attend events or meetings. While it does have a formal board meeting agenda, it is still very much an open dialogue wherein all members have a voice. As dues paying members – your voice matters and we would really love your input as we put the program together for this year.

While some of the content/reports may be made available as printouts at the meeting, most will be projected during the meeting to save trees/paper.

Anyone else interested in an officer position, please let us know so we can make/update ballots.

There is going to also be a potluck.
